Helen Cole Tournament

The Ladies held the annual Helen Cole Tournament on 15th September There was a great turn out with 14 ladies participating. After drawing for partners each pair played each other.

Floodlights

Can Tennis members please ensure that if nobody is following them onto the courts after playing under the floodlights that they go into the bar and ask for them to be switched off. Many Thanks

Holland / Bailey Cup

The Yearly Holland / Bailey cup was won by Andy and Kate . They beat Syd and Helen 7 - 6 in a tense final.

Free LTA Membership

The LTA are offering FREE membership of British Tennis for all members of affiliated clubs. As we are one of those clubs if you are a tennis member please go to the LTA Website and fill in your details. You  will also go into a draw for Wimbledon Tickets so nothing to lose.

Helen Cole Tournament

The winners were - Johanna Copp and Faye Lanham, the runners up were Kim Casey and Lynn Buxcey, a great tournament with a gripping final. 

Everybody went into the bar for a few drinks and "Chips" from the local chippie
after the tournament. A great time was had by all.
