Saturday 28th June Update ... The Cricket First XI were in action today against Kington - after bowling them out for 119 they went on to win the match with the loss of only one wicket. Further pictures can be found in the Cricket Section

Friday 27th June Update ... Dan is playing the number 12 seed Peerakit Siributwong from Thailand in the first round of the Junior Wimbledon next week. To see the draw go here.

We have now reached the 20,000 hit mark on the website , a great achievement and is down to club members using the site. If anybody has any ideas about other information they would like to see just let me know.

Wednesday 11th June Update ... Not to be outdone by the other sections the Hockey have 3 ladies who have been called up for international duty. Amanda Gatherer , Hayley Turner and Imogen Murray. Two are for Hockey , bet you can't guess the other. Click here for further information.

We also have two younger members - Julie Whiting and Joe Mallett who have been selected to attend an England Hockey High Performance Assessment Camp this summer.

Tuesday 10th June Update ... Dan Evans makes his debut at Queens and is first match on centre court today . Good luck Dan.

Unfortunately Dan lost to Malisse in straight sets .

The Under 15 Cricketers had a game against Moseley today . Unfortunatley they came second best despite some good cricket.

Saturday 7th June Update ... Dan has got a nice easy draw in the first round of the Stella Artois Tournament - he plays Xavier Malisse. To read about Malisse go here.

Thursday 5th June Update ...

Great News - Dan has been granted a wild card into the MAIN DRAW of the pre Wimbledon Stella Artois Tournament at Queen's Club . This is Dan's first full ATP tournament and is a great achievement Article can be found here.

Unfortunately Dan lost in the 2nd round of the singles at the French despite a great performance , he is however in the quarter finals of the Doubles event with his partner Daniel Smethurst. Good Luck Guys !!!!!!

Monday 2nd June Update ... Dan Evans has started his run in the French open with a great win over the number 8 seed from Argentina. Dan won 6-7 , 6-2 , 6-4.. He now goes on to play the Russian Evgeny Donskoy. For the Roland Garros site Click here

The first Sunday tennis tournament was held yesterday and was a great success. All seven courts were in use.

The winners were Chris Moore and Lyn Buxcey with Stuart Francis and Chris Bishop runners up.
