Batting first, the 3^rd XI managed to put on a good first innings total against Prince of Wales, with a score of 255a.o. with young Ben Brooks top scoring with 70. POW came out all guns blazing and managed to reach Oltons total in an incredible 30 overs with the loss of just 1 wicket. This left Olton 3^rd XI mid table in Division 6.

Olton 3rds lost their first game of the season against Bedworth to leave them third in Division 6. Olton posted a good total of 245-7 with captain Tim Joiner hitting 55n.o aided by Calum Lamb (46) and Matt Ceillam (49). In reply, Bedworth convincingly put Oltons bowlers to the sword and managed to hit the runs in just 37 overs with the loss of only 4 wickets.
