The club boasts a new national standard bowling green and pavilion. One of our many Bowling teams has enjoyed success this season in winning promotion to Division 2 of our national association ‘The Warwick and Worcestershire County Bowling Association’
Presently the club hosts league matches on Saturdays and Sundays for ladies and gentlemen of all ages and abilities, also there are many inter club tournaments, club days and evenings during the week where any age, gender or ability player is welcome.
The Bowling profile in general is changing and now encourages all ages to join in, you can start from around the age of 7 and be playing well into your eighties
The National Crown Green Bowling Association is currently running a pilot scheme in the north of England which embraces all age groups and introduces Bowls into schools, disabled groups and senior citizens homes, we look forward to the scheme being introduced nationally.
